Basicly we can group this in the following:
- All Dutch customers (The Netherlands) pay 21% VAT.
All prices shown on our website are also shown with the 21% Dutch VAT.
(because we are a Dutch Company, "made in Holland") - All UK customers (United Kingdom) can buy our products at our UK based 4HTECH Dealer:

That means that the end price may differ a little from the shown prices on the website. As said: prices are shown with 21% Dutch VAT, but this VAT percentage can be different in your country. According to the new VAT rules, we have to apply the VAT which is specific for the country of the customer. (for example: German customers pay 19% VAT, while Hungarian customers pay 27% VAT. Is has a small effect on the end price you will pay at the end of the checkout. (when you have entered the name of your specific country). For business EU customers: All products can be bought without paying for the VAT. The 21% Dutch VAT will automaticly be deducted from the end price when you enter your address and your VAT ID number.
- All non EU customers: (Norway, Switserland, rest of the World) can buy products straight from our website without paying for any VAT. The 21% Dutch VAT will automaticly be deducted from the end price when you enter your address. The taxes for the product will be charged by your own country.

How do I obtain the 5% reduction?
It's as easy as 1,2,3. You can obtain the PBG by sending us an email with the details of the 4H-TECH short shifter price you've found elsewhere. You cannot obtain the PBG via our online store.

What items does the 5% reduction apply to?
Our guarantee applies to all original 4H-TECH Short Shifters sold world wide which are not excluded from the PBG (see below).
What is excluded from the Price Beat Guarantee?
- Cashback and coupon offers (i.e. supplier cashback or reduced price available via paper coupon or electronic codeword)
- Price differences below 5%. (The price difference must at least be 5% lower as shown on our website)
- Commercial quantities and pricing (i.e. a reduced price not available to the public)
- Stock liquidations (i.e. competitor clearance products or goods sold by a business placed into receivership)
- United Kingdom (because of the special Brexit export rules which apply to us)
- Shipment and delivery costs. Price beat guarantee applies to the short shifter only. We ship with very low delivery costs, in most cases this still beats the total price shipped to your door.
- We reserve the right to limit sales to reasonable retail quantities.
What about online stores?
Our Price Beat Guarantee includes short shifters you find online - as long as the short shifter is an original 4H-TECH version and in stock. If the identical, in stock short shifter can be purchased via an online store for a price lower than the one we are offering, we will beat that price by 5%.
